Appointments:

For Clinic: Appointments must be made well in advance, and the clinic must consider them confirmed based on the staff and doctor's availability. However, if we cancel or reschedule any appointment due to unforeseen events, we will make every attempt to notify the person in advance.

For Patients: Clinic must be informed at least 24 hours in advance if someone wants to cancel an appointment. All discounted deals will be revoked if a cancellation or reschedule is not done before 24 hours, and SkinQure Clinic will keep the deposit or advance paid.

Result:

Before beginning any therapy at SkinQure Clinic, we will evaluate the patient's suitability for the procedure and its likelihood of success. If not, we will let the person know and explain the situation. One will only be responsible in this situation for the cost of the initial consultation, not for the procedure itself. And the patient or their family can't force the doctor or the clinic to perform the treatment. It is the duty of the patient to understand that any medical treatment cannot guarantee the success and all the procedure have pros and cons and after understanding all the aspects patient should agrees for the treatment.

When a course or treatment plan has been booked after mutual discussion and consultation, it is assumed that the customer would stick with it for the entire allotted time. Patients' changes of heart are not the responsibility of SkinQure Clinic, and no refunds will be given for these activities. Also, no amount will be reimbursed once the customer has taken the treatment.

Please note, results vary from person to person based on factors like skin type, skin sensitivity, complexion, and follow-up of treatment as well as safety measures achieved prior to and after treatment.
